Follow the one way system in the centre of Alton until you come to the steeper hill (two way, parking spots on your left). There is a municipal car park about half way up. The Church is just around to the left at the top of that hill, near one of the mini roundabouts
The entrance to the tower is at the base of the tower below the large clockface.
