Knocknafenaig

Here are some photographs of our holiday home called "Knocknafenaig" on the Ross of Mull.  "Knocknafenaig" means "Hill of the crows" or perhaps "Hill of the lazy beds".
Lazy beds were a form of raised bed agriculture used on the crofts, but in the context of a holiday home, "lazy beds" is just about right.
The house is on the road from Bunessan to Ardalanish, just before Ardalanish Farm, where Aeneas and Minty MacKay run their wonderful organic farm.
